Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article has not been previously published or evaluated elsewhere.
  • The article is appropriate to the scope and focus of the journal.
  • The article is written in English and has been checked by a language expert.
  • The article is within the journal's word limit (usually between 3000-5000 words, excluding references).
  • The article has been formatted in accordance with the spelling rules specified by the journal.
  • Page numbers have been added.
  • Line spacing and margins are in accordance with the requirements of the journal.
  • Font and font size are as specified by the journal.
  • Title page: The title of the article, author(s) names, institutions and contact details are complete.
  • Abstract: An abstract of no more than 250 words is attached.
  • Keywords: 3-6 keywords are indicated.
  • Introduction: The background and purpose of the research is clearly stated.
  • Methods: The methods used are explained in detail.
  • Results: The findings are presented in a clear and understandable way.
  • Discussion: The meaning and implications of the results are discussed.
  • Conclusion: The main outcomes of the research are summarised.
  • References: All references are listed in the format specified by the journal.
  • All figures and tables are cited in the text.
  • Figures are prepared as separate files.
  • Figure and table captions are complete and descriptive.
  • Figures are high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
  • Ethics committee approval was obtained and documented if necessary.
  • Conflict of interest declaration is attached to text.
  • Funding sources are indicated (if any).
  • Copyright transfer form has been signed after article acceptance.
  • The article has been reviewed by at least one colleague.
  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • The contact author has been identified and their contact details are complete.
